WENATCHEE WILD HOCKEY BOOSTER CLUB MEETING MINUTES

March 19th, 2025, 6:30pm, Alpha Media Building

Meeting called to order at 6:31pm by Interim President Tim Butterfield. 

February 2025 minutes approved. 

Treasurer Report~ Linda Marsh reported current bank balance at $35,299.56. 50/50 check to be presented at the 3/22 Wild game for player scholarship fund will be $19,800.00. Jersey raffle profited $85.00, firepit $196.00

Committee Reports~

Buz Elshire, Sponsorships – not present

Linda Marsh ~ March/summer birthday cupcakes delivered

Tim Butterfield, Memberships – no new members to report. 

Old Business ~

Last raffle basket of season will contain over $200 in restaurant gift cards, and hockey stick framed team picture will be last item. 

New Business ~

Tim Butterfield thanked everyone present for pitching in through the end of the season. 

Reminder that elections for 2025-2026 board members will be held at the May meeting. 

Next meeting set for Wednesday, April 16th , 6:30pm, Alpha Media, 1124 North Miller.
